Physio Led Pilates
Our Pilates classes are led by our team of Chartered Physiotherapists and are aimed at improving your posture, core muscle strength, flexibility, body and movement awareness, with classes to suit every level of fitness; from gentle rehabilitation to classes for sports people.

Please bring your own mat to lie on, a (pilates) pillow for your head, TheraBand (ideally also some hand weights, don't worry if you don't have any)
On-Line Zoom Pilates classes 9am daily:
For those people that would like to do Pilates from the comfort of your own home, we run daily live online classes via Zoom and you also have access to YouTube recordings. The cost per calendar month for average 20 live classes is £35, a link and password will be sent by email

Thursday - Upper body & Core
Friday - Body maintenance
Face to Face Pilates
Group or one to one sessions available throughout the week
One to one sessions are great to get you back into the correct moves, instead of or before you join a class
Group classes - maximum of 8 people plus Physiotherapist instructor
If you haven't tried this type of exercise
before, we recommend you have a pre-class assessment to identify your
personal requirements from the course.
This will make us aware of your strengths and weaknesses so you can benefit more from the sessions. Please phone the clinic to arrange an assessment.
Our beginners Pilates are run to give more individual tuition and tailored supports. We can send you the beginners Pilates Youtube video free of charge, so you can learn the basic moves, ready to join us for an online or in person class
