Our Pilates classes are taken by our team of Chartered Physiotherapists and are aimed at improving your posture, core muscle strength, flexibility, body and movement awareness, with classes to suit every level of fitness, from gentle rehabilitation to classes for sports people.

Face to Face Indoor and Outdoor bootcamp style Pilates - live classes are back!

Please bring your own mat to lie on, a (pilates) pillow for your head, TheraBand (ideally also some hand weights, don't worry if you don't have any)

For those people that would like to do Pilates from the comfort of your own home, we run daily live online classes via Zoom and you also have access to YouTube recordings. The cost per calendar month for average 20 live classes is £35, a link and password will be sent by email
Beginner? We can send you the beginners Pilates Youtube video free of charge, so you can learn the basic moves, ready to join us for an online class
Face to Face Pilates - one to one sessions, to get you back into the correct moves, instead of or before you join a class
Indoor classes daily, maximum of 5 people plus Physiotherapist instructor

personal requirements from the course.
